The architecture is deliberate: Meritto creates the enrollment system of record. Collexo extends that record into fee collections and payments. Mio AI sits across both, using the accumulated context to make intelligence useful inside the institution. Because every layer writes to the same student record, institutions get one view of the journey — from first enquiry through application, admission and fee paid.

**NoPaperForms is not a payment gateway and is not a regulated payments company.** It is the software and technology provider on top of licensed payment partners and third-party gateways.

**Revenue model:** Meritto earns software subscription and consumption-based revenue. Collexo earns software subscription, transaction-based revenue, and Pixi issuance and interchange. Mio AI earns software subscription and consumption-based revenue.
