We collect information about you when you provide us your information through forms, requests for information, applications for a school (i.e., Apply Online Program), use our service to store your data on the NOPAPERFORMS.com profile, or through other communications and interactions you have with us via our website, email or telephone. When you submit information to us, you are doing so on a completely voluntary basis, at your sole discretion and will. Many times the information you submit is required to obtain the benefit, assistance or service you are requesting or would like to obtain from us-for instance, to use our form completion services on NOPAPERFORMS.com, or to obtain information about a school. The information you may be requested to submit may include (but is not limited to):

- Date of Birth
We use the following services to monitor any data you input to our site: Web analytics and Web hosting. We also may use a third party address verification service.
Data Retention and Erasure
We, at NoPaperForms, adhere to robust processes to ensure a great experience of our products and services to all users.
Your current information documentation and related data will be stored at your sole discretion on the NoPaperForms platform and will be required for services, for example, student admission lifecycle, marketing or advertising communication, and the same is retained for the maximum period allowed by law in your territory
Throughout the entire tenure of retention, your data and personal information will be masked to prevent unauthorized authentication at all levels. At the end of the retain period all your data will be purged.
We retain your Personal Information as long as necessary for providing you the services and to comply with our concerns as under:
- Derive high level analytical insights and reports for clients.
- Defend or bring any existing or potential legal claims; and
- Deal with any complaints regarding any services provided on the NoPaperForms platform
If you no longer want us to use your information, then you can request that we erase your Personal Information:
We request you to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your details such as name, email address, and mobile number. Once received, your request will be processed and resolved within 30 days.
Please note that we may retain some of your Personal Information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety or for legal purposes such as tax, legal reporting and auditing obligations.
We collect IP addresses. Your IP address is used to gather broad and specific demographic information as well as for validation purposes. In addition, we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Website. (Please also see “Web Site Tracking Software,” below.)
Website Tracking Software
Web servers, or those of third-party vendors, utilize certain tracking software to capture your domain name address (the address of your Internet service provider) for purposes of tracking Website statistics. However, we do not capture any personally identifiable information in our website tracking software. The capture of your domain name is a common practice among websites for measuring the number of hits, pages visited, and length of user session. We use this information to measure the effectiveness of the Website offerings in order to service you better.
Field Force Location Tracking on NoPaperForms Mobile App
The app asks the user’s consent for recording their location. If the user chooses to allow it, the app captures their location when they check in and check out on the app. The location is captured every 30 minutes while the app is running in the background. This is done for partners to know when and where their field agents are spending their working hours. It stops when the user has checked out in the app. All of this happens only if the partner institution has requested for this feature. It is disabled by default.
This information is exclusively shared with our partners who have requested it and will be used only for mapping user locations. Users may disable the mobile application’s access to this information at any time by editing the settings on their mobile device. The data stored on the mobile device and their location information to which the mobile application have access will be used in the context of the mobile application, and transferred to and associated with your account in the corresponding services (in which case the data will be stored on our servers) or products (in which case the data will remain with you unless you share it with us).
Google Calendar Access on NoPaperForms Mobile App
The Google Calendar access is used to synchronize the follow-up events for a user on the NoPaperForms Mobile App. The user can also access his follow ups directly on Google Calendar. The user receives a notification on the app before the scheduled follow-up event. The user’s email address is never used or saved by NoPaperForms nor is it sent to any third party. The user can turn this feature off from the Mobile App should they choose to do so. By default, the feature is disabled.
Your Privacy Choices
We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. If you prefer that we not share information you have provided to us with third parties, you may opt out of some of these types of disclosures.
