GD/PI Slot Booking
The Admissions Team can further publish the names of the candidates shortlisted for GD/PI. It can be done by executing simple workflows set as per the criteria applicable.The User/Team has the option to either allocate the GD/PI slots to candidates or provide them with an option to choose & book the slot as per availability. Post booking the slots, the candidate will receive an auto-triggered email/SMS/WhatsApp communication. This is a perfect alternative to sending them hard-copies via courier.

Assigning Panel for Evaluation
The usual GD/PI management includes selecting the venue, arranging accommodation, and assigning tasks to your team – such as guiding panelists & students towards the venue, etc. Through the Virtual Post Application platform, the user gets centralized access to skip unnecessary hard work.
The next step is to assign panels & evaluators to the candidates. Users have the liberty to send automatic triggers to these evaluators. Moreover, the sessions can simply be conducted via an Inbuilt Video Meeting Integration.
Scoring the candidates’ performance has always been an overwhelming and rigorous job. When a student’s future is at stake, there’s no scope to go wrong with the grades. It is easy to get rid of the discrepancies – the Virtual Post Application platform is built on accuracy and accessibility. Here’s what you need to do:
- Login to any Currently LIVE panel – Group Discussion or Personal Interview by clicking the ‘Join’ button at the top of the panel parked against the candidates’ names
- Score the candidates in different panels just like they did during Group Discussion
- If needed, evaluate candidates based on predefined parameters during Personal Interviews
Merit/Rank List Generation Lifecycle
After the evaluation procedure, it’s now time to declare the results, and that too without fretting over procedural discrepancies.
Admissions Team can choose to park logics using available scores (Profile Scores, GD/ PI Scores, etc.) and generate Composite Scores which will be available against the candidates in Application Manager.
Admissions Team can define the Threshold and Generate Merit List which will be available against the Candidates in Application Manager and they will be able to Preview and Download the same before publishing.
On placing the Offer, the candidates who have been granted merit will be moved to the “Offer Placed” stage and will be able to download the Offer Letter from the Candidate Dashboard.
For the candidates accepting the offer automatically, an option to submit the Token Fee will be enabled. This depends on the course or specialization they have been allocated after Merit List Generation.
Note: In case the offer isn’t accepted, the acknowledgement form is available in Advanced Feature.
Fee Refund Manager
If MPGS is enabled, the candidates who’ve made the payment can also raise “withdrawal of the fee” request from the system. It is through MPGS that this amount will be transferred directly to the candidate’s account.
Integration with ERP
Enroled Students data can be sent to ERP/SIS software for further management
